Методика модельных экспериментальных исследований движителей БСП

Аннотация. В работе показано, что в условиях рыночного хозяйства исследования изнашивания движителей БСП очистных комбайнов можно проводить, используя модельный эксперимент, который позволяет за меньший срок и с меньшими затратами определить закономерности массового изнашивания контактирующих элементов движителя. В статье представлен методический подход к выбору критериев подобия для испытания на машине трения роликовых образцов, моделирующих процесс работы элементов движителя БСП очистного комбайна.

Methodology of model experimental studies of rack and pinion CHS

Abstract. It is shown that in the conditions of market economy, studies of the wear of the CHS of shearer loaders can be carried out using a model experiment, which allows for a shorter period and at a lower cost to determine the patterns of mass wear of the contacting elements of the mover. The article presents a methodological approach to the selection of similarity criteria for testing roller samples on a friction machine that simulate the operation of the elements of the CHS mover of a shearer loader.
