Совершенствование схем и режимов технологии процессов ковки

Аннотация. Разработана на основе результатов опытно-промышленных и промышленных работ, технологическая схема производства моноблочных плит размерами 7600х7600х360мм из слитка 290т для последующей штамповки днищ из стали 15Х2НМФА. Было выполнено практическое исполнение разработанного технологического процесса производства днищ из моноблочных крупногабаритных плит. Принципиальная технология производства моноблочных плит применена в условиях ОАО «Ижорские заводы».

Abstract. Developed on the basis of the results of experimental and industrial works, the technological scheme of production of monoblock plates with dimensions of 7600x7600x360mm from ingot 290t for subsequent stamping of the bottoms of steel 15H2NMFA. Practical execution of the developed technological process of production of bottoms from monoblock large-size plates was carried out. The basic technology of production of monoblock plates is applied in the conditions of JSC Izhorskiye Zavody.
