Abstract. The relevance of the construction of low-rise buildings on the principles of energy efficiency has been revealed. Methods of construction, materials and structures that improve the thermal protection of buildings are systematized. The methods of "blocked" and in-depth construction that reduce heat loss are given. It is shown that improving the energy efficiency of low-rise buildings is possible with the use of multilayer wall structures and an example of a heat-efficient unit is given. The ways of wall construction and options for translucent systems that enhance energy efficiency are summarized.
Аннотация. Выявлена актуальность строительства малоэтажных зданий на принципах энергоэффективности. Систематизированы способы возведения, материалы и конструкции, способствующие повышению теплозащиты строений. Приведены способы «блокированного» и заглубленного строительства, способствующие снижению теплопотерь. Показано, что повышение энергоэффективности малоэтажных зданий возможно при использовании многослойных конструкций стен и приведен пример теплоэффективного блока. Обобщены способы возведения стен и варианты светопрозрачных систем, способствующие повышению энергоэффективности.
