Abstract. The article presents a method of calculating stresses and displacements in the structures of mining and transport machine elements, in particular, the solution of the problem of analyzing the strength of the frame of the freight car and the sieve of the mine scraper conveyor. The calculation was carried out by means of computer-aided design and engineering calculations T-Flex. The features of calculations and their importance in the design of new equipment are described.
Аннотация. В статье приводится методика расчета напряжений и перемещений в конструкциях элементов горно-транспортных машин, в частности дается решение задачи анализа прочности рамы грузового вагона и рештака шахтного скребкового конвейера. Расчет осуществлен посредством системы автоматизированного проектирования и инженерных расчетов T-Flex. Описываются особенности расчетов, а также их значимость при проектировании нового оборудования.
