Аннотация. Потребная мощность дробления – одна из определяющих характеристик дробилки. В статье рассмотрены способы определения потребной мощности, а также выявлена экспериментальная зависимость напряжения разрушения куска породы от радиуса скругления индентора. Авторами разработана математическая модель для определения мощности в зависимости от степени износа дробящих плит, которая может быть использована для прогнозирования потребной мощности дробления на протяжении срока службы дробящих плит.
Abstract. The required crushing power is one of the defining characteristics of the crusher. The article describes the methods for determining the required power, as well as the experimental dependence of the fracture stress of a piece of rock on the radius of rounding of the indenter. The authors developed a mathematical model to determine the power depending on the degree of wear of the crushing plates, which can be used to predict the required power of crushing over the life of the crushing plates.
