Аннотация. В данной статье рассматривается влияние параметров и режимов работы фрезерных агрегатов на эффективность процесса фрезерования в различных условиях. На основе результатов экспериментальных исследований и расчетов определена зависимость общей длины сегмента резания и количества активных режущих элементов от глубины фрезерования. Приведены математические модели работы фрезерования.
Abstract. This article discusses the influence of parameters and operating modes of milling units on the efficiency of the milling process in different conditions. Based on the results of experimental studies and calculations, the dependence of the total length of the cutting segment and the number of active cutting elements on the depth of milling is determined. Mathematical models of milling operation are presented.
